Each license key is valid on one Apple Silicon Mac at a time. To move to another Mac, open Settings → License on the current Mac, click Remove License from this Device, then activate the key on the new Mac.
You get 12 months of updates starting from the purchase date, shown as Updates Until on your key. Every version released in that window stays yours to use indefinitely, even after the update window closes. To install versions released after that date, renew for $19, which extends Updates Until by another year. Renewal is optional.

The trial unlocks the full Pro feature set for 7 days. When it ends, Kyvenza stops creating and starting VMs until you activate a license — your VM files stay on disk untouched, and activating Pro restores access to them immediately. There is no reduced free tier.
